The Samsung PM9A3 Series 7.68TB NVMe SSD (MZ-QL27T60)
is an enterprise solid-state drive designed for data centers, servers,
and compatible high-performance storage systems. It features Samsung
V-NAND TLC flash memory, a PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe 1.4 interface, and a
2.5-inch U.2 form factor. The 7.68TB model delivers sequential read
speeds of up to 6,700 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to
4,000 MB/s, with random read performance of up to 1,100,000 IOPS
and random write performance of up to 200,000 IOPS. It also supports
AES 256-bit encryption, TCG/Opal security, TRIM, SMART monitoring,
and power-loss protection. Installation requires a compatible U.2
NVMe drive bay and PCIe NVMe support.
